This hotel has a great location in the heart of the city! We were able to walk to all the popular attractions in no time. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for food and activities. The cleanliness was also top-notch, which made us feel comfortable during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay was very agreeable. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They kept our luggage during an overnight trip, and offered us a room for shower when we came back to pick up the luggage, we were very well impressed. They could speak English well, so communication was good. The room was excellent and we had a computer with internet in the room. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

New Day Restaurant, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose sunshine suites hanoi.

Convenient location close to the train station. Just a short walk to Essence Restaurant for a quick lunch. Easy access to the Hoa Lo Prison Memorial, only a mile away. 🚶‍♂️

Everything was great, couldn't ask for more!

Three things. First, the location is brilliant, in the cenrte of the Old Quarter. Second, and even better, we thought the staff were exceptionally helpful. We made some unusual demands on them, all of which they happily met. Finally, it was really good value for money - we paid $45 / night for a top room, and it was genuinely comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

Great location in the , close to many restaurants and bars. Big and comfortable beds, and helpful staff. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the wifi was fast and reliable.

The hostel lacked cleanliness. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly, and the floors and common areas were not well-maintained.

Nice room, near old city centrum....

I saw many good comments about hotel on Booked.net and decide to try . Yes it is a true that its location is just so pefect . Hotel is nearby everything for a visit with restaurant , bank , travel office, souvevir , handicaft shop.. My Deluxe room is not so large ( but you can not expect this when choose a hotel in Old Quarter ) but warm decor , has window that can look arround . Hotel is very clean , there is pc connect to internet in every room . Breakfast is nice and you order many dishes from Eggs to Toasr or pancake .. Staffs are so friendly and professional - that is the best point of hotel that make all people stayed their comming back . My Kid cried when say goodbye the girls at reception .Thanks sunshine suites for my lovely stay

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities such as fresh towels, television, and internet were all provided. The rooms had big balconies with curtains that blocked the light, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast included several options to choose from, including the famous Vietnamese coffee.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

In fact I join with a group of my friend stay there and the agent forgot my booking . So I did arrange myself room reservation on Booked.net . My room is spacious, very clean and bathroom is just so fanstatic with hot team bath . Staff is more than helpful and friendly . Breakfast is good ,especially the waitress . She does all what she can to make you satisfied and happy . All of us had a very nice stay there . Local barbecue food is just on the front of hotel is great too .Highly recommend this hotel
